To amend the Federal Reserve Act to require Federal Reserve banks to interview at least one individual reflective of gender diversity and one individual reflective of racial or ethnic diversity when appointing Federal Reserve bank presidents, and for other purposes.

Commemorating the 60th anniversary of the War on Poverty and acknowledging its shortcomings.

Honoring Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., by Celebrating Diversity, Promoting Tolerance, and Condemning Hate.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to provide that the positions of the Chief and Assistant Chief of the Uniformed Division of the United States Secret Service are within the Senior Executive Service, and for other purposes.

To establish within the Department of Justice an Office for Missing and Murdered Black Women and Girls.
