To protect our Social Security system and improve benefits for current and future generations.

To direct the Secretary of Education to carry out a grant program to support the recruitment and retention of paraprofessionals in public elementary schools, secondary schools, and preschool programs, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Education to award grants to institutions of higher education with an endowment lower than $900,000,000 and an annual operating revenue for athletic programs that is less than $20,000,000 to strengthen existing sports and athletic facilities at such institutions, and for other purposes.

To protect individuals with disabilities who are parents, legal guardians, relatives, other caregivers, foster or adoptive parents, or individuals seeking to become foster or adoptive parents from discrimination in the child welfare system.

To provide public awareness and outreach regarding the dangers of fentanyl, to expand the grants authorized under the Comprehensive Opioid Abuse Grant Program, to expand treatment and recovery services for people with opioid addictions, and to increase and to provide enhanced penalties for certain offenses involving counterfeit pills.

To amend titles XVIII and XIX of the Social Security Act to provide for coverage of peripheral artery disease screening tests furnished to at-risk beneficiaries under the Medicare and Medicaid programs without the imposition of cost-sharing requirements, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to ensure College for All.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish a refundable child tax credit with monthly advance payment.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to revise and extend projects relating to children and to provide access to school-based comprehensive mental health programs.

To establish an improved Medicare for All national health insurance program.

To amend the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 to authorize capacity building grants for community college agriculture and natural resources programs.

To end the shackling of pregnant individuals, and for other purposes.

To end preventable maternal mortality, severe maternal morbidity, and maternal health disparities in the United States, and for other purposes.

To remove college cost as a barrier to every student having access to a well-prepared and diverse educator workforce, and for other purposes.

To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to establish a DHS Cybersecurity On-the-Job Training Program, and for other purposes.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to remove certain eligibility disqualifications that restrict otherwise eligible students enrolled in institutions of higher education from participating in the supplemental nutrition assistance program, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of May 2023 as Mental Health Awareness Month.

To prohibit discrimination in health care and require the provision of equitable health care, and for other purposes.

Promoting and supporting the goals and ideals of the Fair Housing Act and recognizing April 2023 as Fair Housing Month, which includes bringing attention to the discrimination faced by everyday Americans in the United States in housing and housing-related transactions on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, familial status, disability, and religion.

Recognizing the significance of Community College Month as a celebration of more than 1,000 institutions throughout the United States supporting access to higher education, workforce training, and more broadly sustaining and advancing the Nation’s economic prosperity.
