To hold law enforcement accountable for misconduct in court, improve transparency through data collection, and reform police training and policies.

To establish in the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency of the Department of Homeland Security a program to promote the cybersecurity field to disadvantaged communities, including older individuals, racial and ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, geographically diverse communities, socioeconomically diverse communities, women, individuals from nontraditional educational paths, individuals who are veterans, and individuals who were formerly incarcerated, and for other purposes.

To enhance the security operations of the Transportation Security Administration and stability of the transportation security workforce by applying the personnel system under title 5, United States Code, to employees of the Transportation Security Administration, and for other purposes.

To amend section 3(b)(4) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 to exclude certain disability benefits from income for the purposes of determining eligibility for the supported housing program under section 8(o)(19), and for other purposes.

To prohibit discrimination based on an individual’s texture or style of hair.

To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to establish a council within the Department of Homeland Security to coordinate departmental efforts to identify, address, and mitigate cross-functional impacts of global climate change with respect to the Department’s programs and operations, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to require Federal Reserve banks to interview at least one individual reflective of gender diversity and one individual reflective of racial or ethnic diversity when appointing Federal Reserve bank presidents, and for other purposes.

To direct the Department of Homeland Security to bolster security against threats posed by ghost guns, and for other purposes.

To rename the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act, and for other purposes.

To prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex, gender identity, and sexual orientation, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to improve the VA Work-Study program.

To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to establish a DHS Cybersecurity On-the-Job Training Program, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide the work opportunity tax credit with respect to the hiring of veterans in the field of renewable energy.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to expand eligibility to certain military retirees for concurrent receipt of veterans’ disability compensation and retired pay or combat-related special compensation, and for other purposes.

To remove all statues of individuals who voluntarily served the Confederate States of America from display in the United States Capitol.

To establish a Department of Peacebuilding, and for other purposes.

To provide for the admission of the State of Washington, D.C. into the Union.
