To amend the National Labor Relations Act to adjust the dollar thresholds for National Labor Relations Board jurisdiction over certain labor disputes, and for other purposes.

To authorize the Attorney General to establish the National Law Enforcement Officers Remembrance, Support and Community Outreach program, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the inclusion in gross income of Social Security benefits.

To amend the Controlled Substances Act to provide for life imprisonment for certain offenses involving Fentanyl, and for other purposes.

To modernize Federal firearms laws to account for advancements in technology and less-than-lethal weapons, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to carry out a pilot program to improve the ability of veterans to access medical care in medical facilities of the Department of Veterans Affairs and in the community by providing the veterans the ability to choose health care providers.

To improve the health and resiliency of giant sequoias, and for other purposes.

To cancel certain proposed changes to credit fees charged by the Federal National Mortgage Association and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, and for other purposes.

To require the Director of the Bureau of Justice Statistics to submit to Congress a report relating to individuals granted bail and pretrial release in State courts, and for other purposes.

To amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

To provide for the closure of the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China and the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office located in New York City, and for other purposes.

To amend the Defense Production Act of 1950 to provide that authority under the Act can only be exercised during a period in which Congress has formally declared war, and for other purposes.

To repeal the corporate average fuel economy standards.

To authorize the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation to establish a commemorative work on the National Mall to honor the extraordinary acts of valor, selfless service, and sacrifice displayed by Medal of Honor recipients.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to ensure that public institutions of higher education eschew policies that improperly constrain the expressive rights of students, and to ensure that private institutions of higher education are transparent about, and responsible for, their chosen speech policies.

To prohibit the availability of foreign assistance to certain countries that do not recognize the sovereignty of Taiwan, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds for implementing or administering any provision of the memorandum of understanding reached between the Secretary of Energy and the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

To amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to prohibit certain political committees from compensating the spouse of the candidate for services provided to or on behalf of the committee, to require such committees to report on payments made to the spouse and the immediate family members of the candidate, and for other purposes.
