Kids Online Safety Act

To amend the Arms Export Control Act to include Taiwan among the list of recipient countries with respect to which shorter certification and reporting periods apply and to expedite licensing for allies transferring military equipment to Taiwan, and for other purposes.

To require certain agencies to include a page on the website of the agency relating to permit applications, and for other purposes.

Designating the week of May 11 through May 17, 2025, as National Police Week.

To prohibit payment card networks and covered entities from requiring the use of or assigning merchant category codes that distinguish a firearms retailer from a general merchandise retailer or sporting goods retailer, and for other purposes.

To address national security risks and prohibit the use of Federal funds for the procurement of certain vehicles and vehicle technologies produced or provided by entities based in certain countries, and for other purposes.

To amend title 49, United States Code, to require passenger notification related to delayed flights, and for other purposes.

Ensuring Lasting Smiles Act

To require the Secretary of the Treasury to instruct the United States Executive Directors at the international financial institutions to advocate for opposition to projects that make use of forced labor.

To establish Department of Homeland Security funding restrictions on institutions of higher education that have a relationship with Confucius Institutes, and for other purposes.

To amend the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 to require investment advisers for passively managed funds to arrange for pass-through voting of proxies for certain securities, and for other purposes.

Bankruptcy Administration Improvement Act of 2025

To limit purchases of the Federal reserve banks, to require Generally Accepted Accounting Principles standards, and for other purposes.

To place further congressional oversight on any quantitative easing or tightening programs or any emergency lending programs of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, to require reports to Congress relating to those programs, to require congressional approval of the extension of those programs, and for other purposes.

To limit the total assets of Federal reserve banks, and for other purposes.

To restore fairness to service members who filed religious accommodation requests and ensure their career progression is justly reviewed.

To require Presidential appointment and Senate confirmation of the Inspector General of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection.

To require reciprocity from certain countries with respect to the reporting of official meetings with State and local officials, and for other purposes.
