To require agencies submit zero-based budgets.

To designate Ansarallah as a foreign terrorist organization and impose certain sanctions on Ansarallah, and for other purposes.

To provide remedies to members of the Armed Forces discharged or subject to adverse action under the COVID–19 vaccine mandate.

Restore VA Accountability Act of 2025

To amend the Revised Statutes to codify the defense of qualified immunity in the case of any action under section 1979, and for other purposes.

To repeal the Corporate Transparency Act.

Making continuing appropriations for military pay in the event of a Government shutdown.

To amend the mission statement of the United States Military Academy to include the phrase “Duty, Honor, Country”.

To amend title 41, United States Code, to make changes with respect to the Federal Acquisition Security Council, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the 73rd anniversary of the signing of the Mutual Defense Treaty between the United States and the Philippines and the strong bilateral security alliance between our two nations in the wake of persistent and escalating aggression by the People’s Republic of China in the South China Sea.

Congratulating and expressing gratitude to Commander Jeremy Robertson and the crew of the USS Carney for their exemplary and historic performance during their 235-day deployment to the United States Naval Forces Europe-Africa and the United States Naval Forces Central Command.

To promote democracy in Venezuela, and for other purposes.

To require the Office of Information and Communication Technology Services and other Federal agencies to develop a list of artificial intelligence products and services, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to prohibit allowance of the advanced manufacturing production credit for components produced by foreign entities of concern.

To require a report on the threats posed by control of strategic ports by the People's Republic of China.

To impose sanctions with respect to the system of compensation of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority that supports acts of terrorism.

To amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to update certain procedures applicable to commerce in firearms and remove certain Federal restrictions on interstate firearms transactions.

To ensure equal protection of the law, to prevent racism in the Federal Government, and for other purposes.
