To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to conduct a demonstration program to test providing preferential treatment under the Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP programs for certain drugs and biologicals manufactured in the United States.

To direct the Secretary of the Army to provide a briefing to Congress on the efforts of the Army to field passive multi-static radar detection technology for mobile counter-UAS systems, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of the Army to provide a briefing to Congress on the future role and structure of Multi-Domain Task Forces, and for other purposes.

To direct the Chief Information Officer of the Department of Defense and the Director of the Defense Information Systems Agency to jointly provide to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives a briefing on the plan of the Department of Defense to transition away from the Joint Regional Security Stacks, and for other purposes.

To direct the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security to provide to the congressional defense committees a briefing on challenges relating to information operations, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to carry out a pilot program under which the Secretary shall use classified commercial shared spaces and professionalize industrial security protections for shared sensitive compartmented information facility and subject matter experts.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to procure cleaning products that are identified by the Safer Choice program, and for other purposes.

To encourage the Secretary of the Army to support the implementation of hybrid-electric engine technology within the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle fleet, and for other purposes.

To direct the Chief Information Officer of the Department of Defense to provide a briefing to Congress on security options for the Joint Warfighter Cloud Capability program, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to expedite the implementation of early actions to mitigate the migration of groundwater contaminated by per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances from a source located on a military installation to protect or minimize the effects on groundwater, surface water, underground sources of drinking water, and sediment, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to establish a Connected Vehicle Cybersecurity Center in the Department of Defense, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to submit a report to Congress on recruitment and retention efforts under the John S. McCain Strategic Defense Fellows Program, the Presidential Management Fellowship, and the Boren Fellowship, and for other purposes.

To amend the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 to direct the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a program under which the Secretary awards grants for purposes of providing training and any related assistance to dairy producers and dairy workers on implementation of risk mitigation strategies related to biosecurity threats, to amend the Agricultural Act of 2014 with respect to emergency assistance for certain losses due to highly pathogenic avian influenza, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to deny the deduction for advertising and promotional expenses for prescription drugs.

To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to ensure access to appropriate temporary shelter, food, and water for individuals apprehended by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and for other purposes.
