Recognizing June 2023 as LGBTQ Pride Month.

To provide for the approval of final regulations relating to Federal service labor-management relations that are applicable to the Senate and the employees of the Senate, and that were issued by the Office of Compliance, now known as the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights, on August 19, 1996, and for other purposes.

To increase access to pre-exposure prophylaxis to reduce the transmission of HIV.

Expressing support for the designation of June 2023 as National Dairy Month to recognize the important role dairy plays in a healthy diet and the exceptional work of dairy producers in being stewards of the land and livestock.

Expressing opposition to the use of State power against people in the United States seeking essential health care, including criminalization of the full range of sexual and reproductive health care such as abortion, gender-affirming care, and contraceptive care, and disapproving of State punishment of people for their pregnancy outcomes.

To provide enhanced funding for family planning services.

To amend the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 to establish the Rural Innovation and Partnership Administration and to amend the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act to establish the Rural Future Partnership Fund to invest in the rural areas of the United States to achieve their preferred future while maximizing their contribution to the well-being of the United States, and for other purposes.

To support educational entities in fully implementing title IX and reducing and preventing sex discrimination in all areas of education, and for other purposes.

Expressing the sense of the Senate to reduce traffic fatalities to zero by 2050.

To prohibit commercial sexual orientation conversion therapy, and for other purposes.

To permit legally married same-sex couples to amend their filing status for tax returns outside the statute of limitations.

To authorize grants to eligible entities to pay for travel-related expenses and logistical support for individuals with respect to accessing abortion services, and for other purposes.

Commemorating June 19, 2023, as Juneteenth National Independence Day in recognition of June 19, 1865, the date on which news of the end of slavery reached the slaves in the Southwestern States.

To prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex, gender identity, and sexual orientation, and for other purposes.

To protect freedom of travel and reproductive rights.

To improve air quality management and the safety of communities using the best available monitoring technology and data.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to expand access to telehealth services, and for other purposes.

To amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to require a group health plan (or health insurance coverage offered in connection with such a plan) to provide for cost-sharing for oral anticancer drugs on terms no less favorable than the cost-sharing provided for anticancer medications administered by a health care provider.

To amend the Competitive, Special, and Facilities Research Grant Act and the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 to further plant cultivar and animal breed research, development, and commercialization, and for other purposes.

To amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to require the submission by issuers of data relating to diversity, and for other purposes.
