Restore VA Accountability Act of 2025

To repeal the Corporate Transparency Act.

Making continuing appropriations for military pay in the event of a Government shutdown.

To prohibit and require notifications with respect to certain investments by United States persons in the People's Republic of China, and for other purposes.

To reduce the number of student visas available to nationals of the People's Republic of China until China removes certain restrictions on United States students pursuing postsecondary educational opportunities in China and to restrict the types of postsecondary study available to Chinese nationals in the United States to include sensitive topics with potential dual-use military application.

To authorize appropriations for the Coast Guard, and for other purposes.

To develop a strategy for increasing access to independent information for Chinese citizens, to establish an interagency task force to carry out such strategy, and for other purposes.

To align the United States International Development Finance Corporation with United States national security and strategic goals.

To require the President to notify Congress and take certain actions in response to any attempt by a country of concern to affect United States elections.

To amend the Don Young Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2022 to modify a provision relating to the acquisition of a Coast Guard icebreaker.

To prohibit certain exports of natural gas produced or refined in the United States, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of November 17, 2024, as National Warrior Call Day and recognizing the importance of connecting warriors in the United States to support structures necessary to transition from the battlefield, especially peer-to-peer connection.

To advance a competitive strategy against the People’s Republic of China, and for other purposes.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to modify the organization and authorities of the Assistant Secretaries of Defense with duties relating to industrial base policy and homeland defense.

To require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide to Congress quarterly briefings on budgetary shortfalls of the Department of Veterans Affairs and to prohibit the provision of bonuses to Department of Veterans Affairs employees in Senior Executive Service positions in fiscal years with budgetary shortfalls, and for other purposes.

To promote democracy in Venezuela, and for other purposes.

To impose sanctions with respect to the system of compensation of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority that supports acts of terrorism.

To require the imposition of sanctions with respect to the People's Republic of China if the People's Liberation Army initiates a military invasion of Taiwan.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to Jens Stoltenberg, in recognition of his contributions to the security, unity, and defense of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

Expressing support for the designation of the month of June 2024 as National Post-Traumatic Stress Awareness Month and June 27, 2024, as National Post-Traumatic Stress Awareness Day.
