Expressing support for the designation of October 23, 2024, as a national day of remembrance of the tragic 1983 terrorist bombing of the United States Marine Corps barracks in Beirut, Lebanon.

Condemning the Hamas attacks of October 7, 2023, and calling for Hamas and its leaders to immediately and unconditionally surrender and to release the hostages, including Americans.

To award 3 Congressional Gold Medals to the members of the 1980 U.S. Olympic Men’s Ice Hockey Team, in recognition of their extraordinary achievement at the 1980 Winter Olympics where, being comprised of amateur collegiate players, they defeated the dominant Soviet hockey team in the historic Miracle on Ice, revitalizing American morale at the height of the Cold War, inspiring generations and transforming the sport of hockey in the United States.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the third Friday of September shall be recognized as National POW/MIA Recognition Day.

To address the public safety issues and environmental destruction currently impacting Federal lands along the southern border, enhance border security through the construction of navigable roads on Federal lands along the southern border, provide U.S. Customs and Border Protection access to Federal lands to improve the safety and effectiveness of enforcement activities, allow States to place temporary barriers on Federal land to secure the southern border, reduce the massive trash accumulations and environmental degradation along the southern border, reduce the cultivation of illegal cannabis on Federal lands, mitigate wildland fires caused by illegal immigration, and prohibit migrant housing on Federal lands.

To prohibit the Secretary of Transportation from entering into, extending, or renewing a contract with or awarding a grant to an entity that uses or procures light detection and ranging technology from certain foreign entities, and for other purposes.

To prohibit contracting with certain biotechnology providers, and for other purposes.

To amend the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Act of 2019 to provide for the addition of certain equipment and services produced or provided by DJI Technologies to the list of covered communications equipment or services published under such Act, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow a credit against tax for charitable donations to nonprofit organizations providing education scholarships to qualified elementary and secondary students.

To prohibit the imposition of requirements that handguns have certain features generally absent from firearms in common use, and to restore the civil and natural rights of Americans in States hostile to liberty, and for other purposes.

To amend the United Nations Participation Act of 1945 to provide for a prohibition on contributions to the United Nations relating to Israel.

To address the plea agreements for certain individuals detained at Guantanamo, and for other purposes.

To strengthen the Department of Justice’s enforcement against trade-related crimes.

To impose sanctions with respect to the system of compensation of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority that supports acts of terrorism.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to require the consideration of continuity of health care in determining best medical interest under the Veterans Community Care Program, and for other purposes.

Commemorating the past success of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Teams and supporting the United States Olympic and Paralympic Teams in the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Summer Games.

To amend title XXXIII of the Public Health Service Act with respect to flexibility and funding for the World Trade Center Health Program.

Strongly condemning the Biden Administration and its Border Czar, Kamala Harris’s, failure to secure the United States border.

Honoring the dedication, bravery, and professionalism of correctional officers across the United States.

To amend the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 to require recipients of Federal awards to collect and report data relating to subawards granted to entities outside of the United States, and for other purposes.
