Designating May 2024 as National Brain Tumor Awareness Month.

Expressing the gratitude and appreciation of the Senate for the acts of heroism and valor by the members of the United States Armed Forces who participated in the June 6, 1944, amphibious landing at Normandy, France, and commending those individuals for leadership and bravery in an operation that helped bring an end to World War II.

To require the Science and Technology Directorate in the Department of Homeland Security to develop greater capacity to detect, identify, and disrupt illicit substances in very low concentrations.

Recognizing May 28, 2024, as the 100th anniversary of the U.S. Border Patrol and commending the service of the U.S. Border Patrol to the United States people.

To protect an individual’s ability to access contraceptives and to engage in contraception and to protect a health care provider’s ability to provide contraceptives, contraception, and information related to contraception.

Designating the week of May 12 through May 18, 2024, as National Police Week.

Supporting the designation of May 15, 2024, as National Senior Fraud Awareness Day to raise awareness about the increasing number of fraudulent scams targeted at seniors in the United States, to encourage the implementation of policies to prevent those scams from happening, and to improve protections from those scams for seniors.

Supporting the mission and goals of National Fentanyl Awareness Day in 2024, including increasing individual and public awareness of the impact of fake or counterfeit fentanyl pills on families and young people.

Supporting the goals and ideals of National Nurses Week, to be observed from May 6 through May 12, 2024.

To modernize Federal firearms laws to account for advancements in technology and less-than-lethal weapons, and for other purposes.

To improve menopause care and mid-life women's health, and for other purposes.

Honoring the life of David Hampton Pryor, former United States Senator for the State of Arkansas.

Designating May 5, 2024, as the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Native Women and Girls.

To require agencies to publish an advance notice of proposed rulemaking for major rules.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to improve the effectiveness of major rules in accomplishing their regulatory objectives by promoting retrospective review, and for other purposes.

To amend title 51, United States Code, to authorize the transfer to NASA of funds from other agencies for scientific or engineering research or education, and for other purposes.

Honoring the life of Daniel Robert Bob Graham, former Senator for the State of Florida.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to codify value-based purchasing arrangements under the Medicaid program and reforms related to price reporting under such arrangements, and for other purposes.

To provide for water conservation, drought operations, and drought resilience at water resources development projects, and for other purposes.

To establish artificial intelligence standards, metrics, and evaluation tools, to support artificial intelligence research, development, and capacity building activities, to promote innovation in the artificial intelligence industry by ensuring companies of all sizes can succeed and thrive, and for other purposes.
