To reauthorize the Belarus Democracy Act of 2004.

Designating November 2023 as American Diabetes Month.

To prohibit former members of the Armed Forces from accepting employment in positions involving training, consulting, advising, or instructing any government-associated individual or entity from the People’s Republic of China, the Russian Federation, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Republic of Cuba, or the Syrian Arab Republic.

To waive the guarantee fee for certain business loans made to veterans and spouses of veterans.

To provide for the creation of a Congressional time capsule in commemoration of the semiquincentennial of the United States, and for other purposes.

Denouncing efforts by the People’s Republic of China to exert malign influence in Latin America.

Designating October 4, 2023, as Energy Efficiency Day in celebration of the economic and environmental benefits that have been driven by private sector innovation and Federal energy efficiency policies.

Designating the week of October 1, 2023, through October 7, 2023, as National Community Policing Week.

To designate July 11 as National Day of Remembrance for the Victims of the Srebrenica Genocide.

To improve certain programs of the Small Business Administration to better assist small business customers in accessing broadband technology, and for other purposes.
