Expressing support for the recognition of September 25, 2023, to October 1, 2023, as Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institutions Week.

Supporting the designation of September 2023 as National Recovery Month.

To amend the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to require certain reporting on sexual assault kit testing.

To amend the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to revise the criteria for determining which States and political subdivisions are subject to section 4 of the Act, and for other purposes.

To increase child care options for working families and support child care providers.

To direct the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a renewable energy grant program for territories of the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend the Small Business Act to extend the period during which credit for contracting with Puerto Rico businesses and covered territory businesses are double counted, and for other purposes.

To amend the Emergency Food Assistance Act of 1983 to allow certain States to directly purchase commodities, and for other purposes.

To provide for the long-term improvement of public school facilities, and for other purposes.

To establish a position of Special Advisor for Insular Areas in each Executive department, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to authorize the Secretary of Education to make grants to institutions of higher education to provide free meals to low-income students through existing on-campus meal programs, and for other purposes.

To require fair shipping prices for non-contiguous areas of the United States, and for other purposes.

To protect our Social Security system and improve benefits for current and future generations.
