To amend the Small Business Investment Act of 1958 to exclude from the leverage limit calculation for small business investment companies certain amounts invested in socially and economically disadvantaged small business concerns, and for other purposes.

Pipeline Safety Engagement Act of 2025

To amend the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act to provide for a pilot program under which development loans and loan guarantees may be made to beginning farmers and ranchers, and for other purposes.

To authorize the appropriation of funds to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for conducting or supporting research on firearms safety or gun violence prevention.

To reauthorize and amend the Healthy Streets program to enhance the resilience, accessibility, and safety of the Nation’s transportation corridors by supporting strategic investments in tree canopy, shade infrastructure, and other nature-based cooling strategies along pedestrian, bicycle, and transit routes.

To amend the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 to reduce the qualifying time for a spouse of an active duty member of the Armed Forces to take leave.

To authorize grants to eligible entities to pay for travel-related expenses and logistical support for individuals with respect to accessing abortion services, and for other purposes.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide that the 3-month State residency requirement for applicants for naturalized citizenship do not apply with respect to spouses of members of the Armed Forces serving on active duty at a location in the United States, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to carry out a pilot program to provide services from midwives to covered beneficiaries under the TRICARE program.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow a credit against tax for expenses relating to the diversion of wasted food, and for other purposes.

To increase the participation of historically underrepresented demographic groups in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education and industry.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to provide for the coverage of assisted reproductive services under the TRICARE program, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to periodically review the automatic maximum coverage under the Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance program and the Veterans' Group Life Insurance program, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to evaluate the benefits of abortion doula care and coverage.

To amend title 37, United States Code, to increase the basic allowance for housing inside the United States for members of the uniformed services.

To amend the Older Americans Act of 1965 to establish a grant program for multigenerational activities for long-term care facilities.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for greater investments in research on rare diseases and conditions disproportionately affecting minority populations, and for other purposes.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to prohibit discrimination in the Armed Forces.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal collectively to the Buffalo Soldier regiments, authorized by Congress in 1866 to serve in the United States Armed Forces, in recognition of their superior, dedicated, and vital service to our Nation.
