To authorize the Secretary of Education to award grants to eligible entities to carry out educational programs that include the history of peoples of Asian, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander descent in the settling and founding of America, the social, economic, and political environments that led to the development of discriminatory laws targeting Asians, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders and their relation to current events, and the impact and contributions of Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders to the development and enhancement of American life, United States history, literature, the economy, politics, body of laws, and culture, and for other purposes.

Supporting the designation of May 10, 2023, as National Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Mental Health Day.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow rehabilitation expenditures for public school buildings to qualify for rehabilitation credit.

Encouraging the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum to continue its critical work, in person and online, in educating the public about the dangers of antisemitism and the origins of the Holocaust.

Recognizing the significance of Jewish American Heritage Month as a time to celebrate the contributions of Jewish Americans to the society and culture of the United States.

To establish requirements for quality and discard dates that are voluntarily declared on the food label.

To amend the Federal Power Act and the Natural Gas Act with respect to the enforcement of certain provisions, and for other purposes.

To require persons who undertake federally funded research and development of a biomedical product or service to enter into reasonable pricing agreements with the Secretary of Health and Human Services, and for other purposes.

To establish a program to award grants to entities that provide transportation connectors from critically underserved communities to green spaces, and for other purposes.

To amend the Horse Protection Act to designate additional unlawful acts under the Act, strengthen penalties for violations of the Act, improve Department of Agriculture enforcement of the Act, and for other purposes.

To amend Federal law to remove the terms mentally retarded and mental retardation, and for other purposes.

To provide for health coverage with no cost-sharing for additional breast screenings for certain individuals at greater risk for breast cancer.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to alter the definition of conviction, and for other purposes.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to require that supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits be calculated using the value of the low-cost food plan, and for other purposes.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that it is important to maintain cash as a robust and viable payment option.

To amend the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to expand coverage under the Act, to increase protections for whistleblowers, to increase penalties for high gravity violations, to adjust penalties for inflation, to provide rights for victims or their family members, and for other purposes.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to establish Workers’ Memorial Day as a Federal holiday.

To amend the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to provide incentives for States to implement policy changes to reduce prison populations, and for other purposes.

To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to increase criminal and civil penalties related to child labor, to require the Secretary of Labor to annually report to Congress on child labor violations, and for other purposes.

To increase the quality and supply of child care and lower child care costs for families.
