To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Labor, Administrative Expenses, Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Fund for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Related Agencies, World War I Centennial Commission, Salaries and Expenses for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for US Department of Agriculture, Rural Development Programs, Rental Assistance Program for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for District of Columbia, Federal Payment for the DC Courts, Capital Improvements for DC courthouse facilities for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Executive Office of the President, Office of Administration, Salaries and Expenses for fiscal year 2024.

To reserve any amounts forfeited to the United States Government as a result of the criminal prosecution of Joaquin Archivaldo Guzman Loera (commonly known as El Chapo), or of other felony convictions involving the transportation of controlled substances into the United States, for security measures along the Southern border, including the completion of a border wall.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to create health freedom accounts available to all individuals.

To replace the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases with 3 separate national research institutes.

To amend title 49, United States Code, to raise the retirement age for pilots engaged in commercial aviation operations, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of State to submit to Congress a report on the designation of the Gulf Cartel, the Cartel Del Noreste, the Cartel de Sinaloa, and the Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generacion as foreign terrorist organizations, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal certain credits.

To amend the Clean Air Act to prevent the elimination of the sale of internal combustion engines.

To deter foreign financial institutions from providing banking services for the benefit of foreign terrorist organizations and from facilitating or promoting payments for acts of terrorism.

To require any convention, agreement, or other international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response reached by the World Health Assembly to be subject to Senate ratification.

To provide that Federal funds may not be made available to lawless jurisdictions, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to discontinue the collection by the Federal Government of firearm transaction records of discontinued firearms businesses, to require the destruction of such already collected records, and for other purposes.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to prohibit the Secretary of Defense from paying or reimbursing expenses relating to abortion services, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the United States Armed Forces from promoting anti-American and racist theories.
