To amend the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 to improve the management of grazing permits and leases, and for other purposes.

To grant a Federal charter to the National American Indian Veterans, Incorporated.

To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to carry out a pilot program to improve the ability of veterans to access medical care in medical facilities of the Department of Veterans Affairs and in the community by providing veterans the ability to choose health care providers.

To improve the classification and declassification of national security information, and for other purposes.

To provide for a system to classify information in the interests of national security and a system to declassify such information, and for other purposes.

To amend the Bank Service Company Act to provide improvements with respect to State banking agencies, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to improve how the Department of Veterans Affairs discloses to individuals entitled to educational assistance from the Department risks associated with using such assistance at particular educational institutions and to restore entitlement of students to such assistance who are pursuing programs of education at educational institutions that are subject to Federal or State civil enforcement action, and for other purposes.

To reprogram $15,000,000,000 to improve border security and enforcement, and for other purposes.

To impose sanctions with respect to trafficking of illicit fentanyl and its precursors by transnational criminal organizations, including cartels, and for other purposes.

To enhance and expand cooperation between the Department of Defense and the Government of Taiwan.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to prevent double dipping between tax credits and grants or loans for clean vehicle manufacturers.

To amend the Peace Corps Act by reauthorizing the Peace Corps, providing better support for current, returning, and former volunteers, and for other purposes.

To amend Public Law 91–378 to authorize activities relating to Civilian Conservation Centers, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture from prohibiting the use of lead ammunition or tackle on certain Federal land or water under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture, and for other purposes.

To establish a home-based telemental health care demonstration program for purposes of increasing mental health and substance use services in rural medically underserved populations and for individuals in farming, fishing, and forestry occupations.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes, and for other purposes.

To require reforms to programs of the Natural Resources Conservation Service, and for other purposes.

To ensure that State and local law enforcement officers are permitted to cooperate with Federal officials to protect our communities from violent criminals and suspected terrorists who are illegally present in the United States.
