Condemning the extreme anti-vaccine policies of Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., strongly opposing the policies of the State of Florida that roll back immunization requirements, and expressing the sense of the Senate that vaccines are critical to protecting public health, eliminating preventable illness and death, and reducing hospitalizations and severity of illness, work best when adopted at a high level within each community, and must be made available to the public.

To amend title 9 of the United States Code with respect to arbitration.

To award posthumously the Congressional Gold Medal to Constance Baker Motley, in recognition of her enduring contributions and service to the United States.

To require the Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to establish and maintain a database and webpage that is available to the public and contains information on the billion-dollar disasters that occur each year in the United States, and for other purposes.

Recognizing suicide as a serious public health problem and expressing support for the designation of September as National Suicide Prevention Month.

To amend title II of the Social Security Act to permanently appropriate funding for the administrative expenses of the Social Security Administration, and for other purposes.

To designate September 9, 2025, as National World War II Italian Campaign Remembrance Day, and to recognize the sacrifices made by American and Allied soldiers who liberated Italy from German occupation during World War II.

Recognizing the 50th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Cabo Verde and celebrating the contributions of Cabo Verdean-Americans to democracy in Cabo Verde and the United States.

Expressing the sense of the Senate that Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert Fitzgerald Kennedy Jr. does not have the confidence of the Senate or of the American people to faithfully carry out the duties of his office and should be removed from his position.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend the availability of certain clean energy credits.

To prevent violence in the West Bank and authorize the imposition of sanctions with respect to any foreign person endangering United States national security and undermining prospects for a two-state solution by committing illegal violent acts.

To amend the Energy Conservation and Production Act to reauthorize the weatherization assistance program.

To repeal the changes made by the health subtitle of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, and for other purposes.

To provide employees with a minimum of 2 consecutive hours of paid leave in order to vote in Federal elections.

To direct the Attorney General to make publicly available documents related to Jeffrey Epstein, and for other purposes.

To amend Public Law 119–21 to repeal the prohibition on making payments under the Medicaid program to certain entities.

To authorize the appropriation of funds to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for conducting or supporting research on firearms safety or gun violence prevention.

To amend the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to revise the criteria for determining which States and political subdivisions are subject to section 4 of the Act, and for other purposes.

To amend the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 to ensure the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection retains adequate resources to ensure fair, transparent, and competitive markets for financial products and services for consumers and to provide for whistleblower incentives and protection.

Recognizing the importance of independent living and economic self-sufficiency for individuals with disabilities made possible by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and calling for further action to strengthen and expand health care for individuals with disabilities to work and live in the community.
