To amend the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 to require proxy advisory firms to register as investment advisers under that Act, and for other purposes.

21st Century Dyslexia Act

Designating the week beginning on October 12, 2025, as National Wildlife Refuge Week.

Designating October 1, 2025, as Energy Efficiency Day in celebration of the economic and environmental benefits that have been driven by private sector innovation and Federal energy efficiency policies.

Recognizing the 250th birthday of the United States Navy.

Expressing concern about the growing problem of book banning, and the proliferation of threats to freedom of expression in the United States.

Condemning Russian incursions into NATO territory and reaffirming Article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty.

To amend chapter 77 of title 5, United States Code, to ensure timely rulings by the Merit Systems Protection Board on appeals by Federal employees and applicants for employment.

To designate September 9, 2025, as National World War II Italian Campaign Remembrance Day, and to recognize the sacrifices made by American and Allied soldiers who liberated Italy from German occupation during World War II.

No Argentina Bailout Act

Recognizing Hispanic Heritage Month and celebrating the heritage and culture of Latinos in the United States and the immense contributions of Latinos to the United States.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Administrator of the Health Resources and Services Administration, to award grants, contracts, or cooperative agreements for supporting new mobile cancer screening units to expand patient access to essential screening services in rural and underserved communities, and for other purposes.

To enhance civil penalties under the Federal securities laws, and for other purposes.
