To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services to make adjustments to payment rates for skilled nursing facilities under the Medicare program to account for certain unique circumstances.

To improve the health and resiliency of giant sequoias, and for other purposes.

To establish an awareness campaign related to the lethality of fentanyl and fentanyl-contaminated drugs, to establish a Federal Interagency Work Group on Fentanyl Contamination of Drugs, and to provide community-based coalition enhancement grants to mitigate the effects of drug use.

To amend the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 to provide for a high-speed broadband deployment initiative.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds to ban gas stoves.
