Voter Purge Protection Act

To amend chapter 77 of title 5, United States Code, to ensure timely rulings by the Merit Systems Protection Board on appeals by Federal employees and applicants for employment.

Designating the week of October 5, 2025, through October 11, 2025, as National Community Policing Week.

To amend title 49, United States Code, to enhance the safety of pipeline transportation, and for other purposes.

Recognizing Hispanic Heritage Month and celebrating the heritage and culture of Latinos in the United States and the immense contributions of Latinos to the United States.

To establish a Federal Clearinghouse on Safety and Best Practices for Nonprofit Organizations, Faith-based Organizations, and Houses of Worship within the Department of Homeland Security, and for other purposes.

To nullify certain Executive orders relating to exclusions from Federal labor-management relations programs, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Transportation to carry out a national public safety messaging campaign relating to the dangers of illegal passing of stopped school buses, and for other purposes.

To amend title 9 of the United States Code with respect to arbitration.

To amend the Community Development Banking and Financial Institutions Act of 1994 to provide for capitalization assistance to enhance liquidity.

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to provide for notification by manufacturers of critical drugs of increased demand, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Commerce, in coordination with the heads of other relevant Federal departments and agencies, to conduct an interagency review of and report to Congress on ways to increase the global competitiveness of the United States in attracting foreign direct investment.

To require the Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere to expand and modernize the weather radio system of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and for other purposes.

To repeal the changes made by the health subtitle of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, and for other purposes.

To amend the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to revise the criteria for determining which States and political subdivisions are subject to section 4 of the Act, and for other purposes.
