To adjust the boundaries of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area to include the Scarper Ridge property.

Designating the week of August 4 through August 10, 2024, as National Farmers Market Week.

Recognizing the importance of independent living and economic self-sufficiency for individuals with disabilities made possible by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and calling for further action to strengthen and expand opportunities for individuals with disabilities to participate in work and community life.

To improve the health of minority individuals, and for other purposes.

Supporting the designation of the week of August 26 through August 30, 2024, as the second annual National Community Health Worker Awareness Week.

Recognizing the importance of mental health for youth in the United States, and expressing the pressing need for awareness and support for mental health care for children and adolescents.
