To amend the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 to authorize the modification of transferred works to increase public benefits and other project benefits as part of extraordinary operation and maintenance work, and for other purposes.

To impose a tax on certain trading transactions to invest in our families and communities, improve our infrastructure and our environment, strengthen our financial security, expand opportunity and reduce market volatility.

To direct the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to conduct a measurement-based national methane research pilot study to quantify methane emissions from certain oil and gas infrastructure, and for other purposes.

To require the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to assess certain fees on shipping and other vessels, and for other purposes.

To establish judicial ethics.

To require the Secretary of Energy to conduct a study and submit a report on the greenhouse gas emissions intensity of certain products produced in the United States and in certain foreign countries, and for other purposes.

To authorize security deposit and moving costs assistance for low-income households, and for other purposes.

To secure the Federal voting rights of persons when released from incarceration.

To provide a process for granting lawful permanent resident status to aliens from certain countries who meet specified eligibility requirements, and for other purposes.

To establish a community disaster assistance fund for housing and community development and to authorize the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to provide, from the fund, assistance through a community development block grant disaster recovery program, and for other purposes.

To modify the requirements applicable to locatable minerals on public domain land, and for other purposes.

Making further supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023, for border management activities, and for other purposes.

To end preventable maternal mortality, severe maternal morbidity, and maternal health disparities in the United States, and for other purposes.

To remove college cost as a barrier to every student having access to a well-prepared and diverse educator workforce, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide a refundable tax credit for certain teachers as a supplement to State efforts to provide teachers with a livable wage, and for other purposes.
