To amend title 37, United States Code, to expand eligibility for reimbursement of qualified licensure, certification, and business relocation costs incurred by military spouses.

To encourage the use of hydrogen in the aviation sector, and for other purposes.

To require the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration to conduct a comprehensive study on child safety in aviation.

To amend the Forest and Rangeland Renewable Resources Research Act of 1978 to modify the forest inventory and analysis program.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to modify the authority of the Secretary of each military department to replace damaged or destroyed facilities to include replacement of certain facilities in failing condition, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Transportation to issue a rule requiring access to AM broadcast stations in motor vehicles, and for other purposes.

To amend the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 to extend the authorization for a construction project at Fort Gillem, Georgia.

To provide for an exemption from authorized strength limitations for licensed behavioral health providers.

To extend the authority of the Department of the Army to carry out a child development center project in Fort Gordon, Georgia.

To require the development of a comprehensive rural hospital cybersecurity workforce development strategy, and for other purposes.

To grant a Federal charter to the National American Indian Veterans, Incorporated.

Expressing the sense of the Senate that public servants should be commended for their dedication and continued service to the United States during Public Service Recognition Week.

Expressing support for the designation of November 12, 2023, as National Warrior Call Day and recognizing the importance of connecting warriors in the United States to support structures necessary to transition from the battlefield, especially peer-to-peer connection.
