To amend certain Acts related to housing to adjust rental payments with respect to certain Federal rental assistance programs, to ban source of income discrimination in housing, to reform and expand the housing choice voucher program, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to allow for the importation of affordable and safe drugs by wholesale distributors, pharmacies, and individuals.

Assault Weapons Ban of 2025

To authorize the Attorney General to provide grants to States, units of local government, and organizations to support the recruitment, training, and development of staff and infrastructure needed to support the due process rights of individuals facing deportation.

To amend Public Law 115–97 (commonly known as the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act) to repeal the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge oil and gas program, and to preserve the Arctic coastal plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, Alaska, as wilderness in recognition of its extraordinary natural ecosystems and for the permanent good of present and future generations of Americans.

To award 3 Congressional Gold Medals to the members of the 1980 U.S. Olympic Men’s Ice Hockey Team, in recognition of their extraordinary achievement at the 1980 Winter Olympics where, being comprised of amateur collegiate players, they defeated the dominant Soviet hockey team in the historic Miracle on Ice, revitalizing American morale at the height of the Cold War, inspiring generations and transforming the sport of hockey in the United States.

To establish an improved Medicare-for-All national health insurance program.

To repeal section 704(b)(12) of the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 1998, and for other purposes.

To prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex, gender identity, and sexual orientation, and for other purposes.

To amend the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to expand coverage under the Act, to increase protections for whistleblowers, to increase penalties for high gravity violations, to adjust penalties for inflation, to provide rights for victims or their family members, and for other purposes.

Of inquiry requesting the President, and directing the Secretary of Health and Human Services, to transmit respectively, to the House of Representatives certain documents relating to the elimination of the Administration for Community Living.

Safer Neighborhoods Gun Buyback Act of 2025

Supporting the designation of the week of April 11 through April 17, 2025, as the eighth annual Black Maternal Health Week, founded by Black Mamas Matter Alliance, Inc. (BMMA), to bring national attention to the maternal and reproductive health crisis in the United States and the importance of reducing maternal mortality and morbidity among Black women and birthing people.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for public health research and investment into understanding and eliminating structural racism and police violence.

To extend immigration benefits to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and other gender-based violence, and for other purposes.

Urging the United States to lead the world back from the brink of nuclear war and halt and reverse the nuclear arms race.

American Family Act

To divert Federal funding away from supporting the presence of police in schools and toward evidence-based and trauma-informed services that address the needs of marginalized students and improve academic outcomes, and for other purposes.

To reduce exclusionary discipline practices in schools, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to reform the low-income housing credit, and for other purposes.
