To establish the position of Coordinator for Community Financial Institutions within the Small Business Administration to enhance the performance of community financial institutions and support access to capital for small business concerns, and for other purposes.

Designating November 2023 as National Homeless Children and Youth Awareness Month.

Supporting the designation of the week beginning November 13, 2023, as National Apprenticeship Week.

To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to carry out a pilot program to collect and analyze data regarding suicides and attempted suicides by veterans on the property of the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

To establish a coordinator within the Federal Trade Commission to prevent fraud and scams targeting or adversely affecting military veterans and servicemembers, and for other purposes.
