In honor of mothers, recognizing the significance of motherhood and the impact mothers have on raising the next generation, on the occasion of Mother’s Day.

To amend the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 to provide families year-round access to nutrition incentives, including hard-to-serve areas, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide an affirmative defense for certain criminal violations, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Transportation Security Administration from using the X gender designation in the TSA PreCheck advanced security program, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the issuance of a passport with any gender designation other than male or female, and for other purposes.

To provide that under the securities laws certain disclosures related to scope 3 greenhouse-gas emissions may not be required.

To provide for the application of sanctions regarding Mahan Air.

To amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

To clarify the treatment of 2 or more employers as joint employers under the National Labor Relations Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938.

To require that the Federal Government procure from the private sector the goods and services necessary for the operations and management of certain Government agencies, and for other purposes.

To provide for the withdrawal of the United States from the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, and for other purposes.

To require the President to suspend the entry of aliens into the United States when the average number of encounters exceeds a certain number, and for other purposes.

To enact into law the requirements of the Executive order issued on September 22, 2020, relating to Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping, to prohibit the use of Federal funds to carry out Executive Orders 13985, 14035, and 14091, and for other purposes.

To reform the labor laws of the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase the limitation on capital losses and index the limitation to inflation.

To prohibit Federal funds from being awarded or otherwise made available to the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.

To amend title 28, United States Code, to authorize removal of an action or prosecution against a President, Vice President, former President, or former Vice President, and for other purposes.

To repeal the Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1990 and amendments to that Act.

To prohibit the availability of foreign assistance to certain countries that do not recognize the sovereignty of Taiwan, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds for implementing or administering any provision of the memorandum of understanding reached between the Secretary of Energy and the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
