To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to exclude individuals who have committed certain crimes from being eligible students for purposes of the American opportunity credit, the lifetime learning credit, and the deduction on interest paid on qualified education loans.

To amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase penalties for group health plans and health insurance issuers for practices that violate balance billing requirements, and for other purposes.

To make protection against damage and loss resulting from the erosion and undermining of shorelines available under the National Flood Insurance Program, and for other purposes.

To amend the Camp Lejeune Justice Act of 2022 to make technical corrections.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to modify the distribution of certain additional graduate medical education positions under the Medicare program.

To amend section 321 of the Tariff Act of 1930 to modify the administrative exemptions under that Act.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make the postponement of certain deadlines by reason of Federally declared disaster applicable to the limitation on credit or refund.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to prohibit certain retirement plans from making investment decisions on the basis of factors other than financial risk and return factors.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to prohibit graduate medical schools from receiving Federal financial assistance if such schools adopt certain policies and requirements relating to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

To amend title XI of the Social Security Act to equalize the negotiation period between small-molecule and biologic candidates under the Drug Price Negotiation Program.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to increase support for physicians and other practitioners in adjusting to Medicare payment changes.

To amend title XI of the Social Security Act to prohibit health plans from imposing fees on health care providers for electronic funds transfers and health care payment and remittance advice transactions, and for other purposes.

To provide for certain adjustments to the physician fee schedule under the Medicare program.

To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to conduct a review on opioid overdose deaths among veterans, and for other purposes.

Supporting the designation of October 23, 2023, as AADC Deficiency Awareness Day.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to extend and modify certain authorities and requirements relating to the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide that governmental pension plans may include certain firefighters, emergency medical technicians, and paramedics, and for other purposes.

To amend title II of the Social Security Act to repeal the retirement earnings test, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to require the disclosure of certain ownership information relating to health care provider and pharmacy ownership, and for other purposes.

To amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to allow the use of requirements payments to conduct a post-election audit with respect to an election for Federal office in a State.
