TCJA Permanency Act

To rescind certain balances made available to the Internal Revenue Service.

To amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

To provide for the creation of a Congressional time capsule in commemoration of the semiquincentennial of the United States, and for other purposes.

To provide for congressional review of rules with respect to which the agency explicitly relied on Chevron deference in the notice of proposed rulemaking or a Federal court upheld the rule based on Chevron deference.

To amend the Public Health Service Act with respect to the Living Organ Donation Reimbursement Program.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to exclude certain health professions education scholarship and loan payments from gross income.

Supporting the goals and ideals of National Rural Health Day.

Honoring the service and sacrifice of America’s veterans on Veterans Day, 2024.

Reaffirming United States support of the State of Israel one year after the October 7, 2023, attacks.

To authorize grants for emotional support services for incarcerated victims of sexual abuse, and for other purposes.

Strongly condemning Vice President Kamala Harris for championing policies that would exacerbate the national debt and reduce energy independence.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to enhance and reauthorize activities and programs relating to autism spectrum disorder, and for other purposes.

To provide protections from prosecution for drug possession to individuals who seek medical assistance when witnessing or experiencing an overdose, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase penalties for unauthorized disclosure of taxpayer information.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to establish coverage for certain residential substance use disorder services under the Medicare program.

To expand psychological mental and behavioral health services to Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP beneficiaries by permitting reimbursement of psychological services provided by certain supervised psychology trainees, and facilitating the reimbursement of those services.

Congratulating the American Motorcyclist Association on their 100th Anniversary.

To prohibit the Secretary of the Treasury from implementing or continuing a free, public electronic tax return-filing service option.
