To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to require institutions of higher education to provide notice to students receiving work-study assistance about potential eligibility for participation in the supplemental nutrition assistance program, and for other purposes.

Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to require continued broadcasting of the full House Chamber during legislative business consistent with the broadcasts that occured on January 3–6, 2023.

Recognizing the 94th birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr., and the 40th anniversary of the Martin Luther King, Jr., Holiday.
