To amend Public Law 115–97 (commonly known as the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act) to repeal the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge oil and gas program, and to preserve the Arctic coastal plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, Alaska, as wilderness in recognition of its extraordinary natural ecosystems and for the permanent good of present and future generations of Americans.

To require a background check for every firearm sale.

To regulate assault weapons, to ensure that the right to keep and bear arms is not unlimited, and for other purposes.

To regulate large capacity ammunition feeding devices.

Recognizing the importance of establishing a national Fred Korematsu Day of Civil Liberties and the Constitution.

To award posthumously a Congressional Gold Medal to Fred Korematsu, in recognition of his contributions to civil rights, his loyalty and patriotism to the Nation, and his dedication to justice and equality.

To ensure due process protections of individuals in the United States against unlawful detention based solely on a protected characteristic.

To ensure affordable abortion coverage and care for every person, and for other purposes.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to expand access to home and community-based services (HCBS) under Medicaid, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to improve certain programs of the Department of Veterans Affairs for home- and community-based services for veterans, and for other purposes.

To authorize transitional sheltering assistance for individuals who live in areas with unhealthy air quality caused by wildfires, and for other purposes.

To amend the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act to permanently prohibit the conduct of offshore drilling on the outer Continental Shelf off the coast of California, Oregon, and Washington.

To improve Federal activities relating to wildfires, and for other purposes.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to establish Lunar New Year Day as a Federal holiday, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the cultural and historical significance of Lunar New Year in 2023.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the Citizens’ Stamp Advisory Committee, as an entity of the United States Postal Service, should issue a commemorative stamp in honor of Congressman Elijah E. Cummings.

Condemning attacks on health care facilities, health care personnel, and patients.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to remove the exclusion of Medicare coverage for hearing aids and examinations therefor, and for other purposes.

To provide for the admission of the State of Washington, D.C. into the Union.
