To provide for the establishment of a Climate Justice Working Group to help guide the Nation’s just and equitable transition towards a clean, climate-resilient, zero-emission economy, and for other purposes.

Supporting the designation of May 10, 2024, as National Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Mental Health Day.

To provide emergency assistance to States, territories, Tribal nations, and local areas affected by substance use disorder, including the use of opioids and stimulants, and to make financial assistance available to States, territories, Tribal nations, local areas, public or private nonprofit entities, and certain health providers, to provide for the development, organization, coordination, and operation of more effective and cost efficient systems for the delivery of essential services to individuals with substance use disorder and their families.

Expressing support for the designation of May 2024 as Mental Health Awareness Month.

Expressing support for the designation of May 5, 2024, as the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls.

Expressing support for honoring Earth Day, and for other purposes.

Supporting the goals and ideals of National Women’s History Month.

To establish a State public option through Medicaid to provide Americans with the choice of a high-quality, low-cost health insurance plan.

To amend title III of the Social Security Act to ensure the accessibility of drugs furnished under the 340B drug discount program.

To require the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to promulgate certain limitations with respect to pre-production plastic pellet pollution, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the contributions of AmeriCorps members and alumni and AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers in the lives of the people and communities of the United States.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to repeal the requirement that States establish a Medicaid Estate Recovery Program and to limit the circumstances in which a State may place a lien on a Medicaid beneficiary’s property.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for patient protection by limiting the number of mandatory overtime hours a nurse may be required to work in certain providers of services to which payments are made under the Medicare Program.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to include certified community behavioral health clinic services as a State plan option under the Medicaid program, and for other purposes.

Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to establish a Permanent Select Committee on Aging.

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to set forth limitations on exclusive approval or licensure of drugs designated for rare diseases or conditions.

Recognizing the cultural and historical significance of Lunar New Year in 2024.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 333 West Broadway in Anaheim, California, as the Dr. William I. Bill Kott Post Office Building.

To increase the rates of pay under the statutory pay systems and for prevailing rate employees by 7.4 percent, and for other purposes.

To amend the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972 and the Animal Welfare Act to prohibit the taking, importation, exportation, and breeding of certain cetaceans for public display, and for other purposes.
