To amend the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act to exclude certain payments to aged, blind, or disabled Alaska Natives or descendants of Alaska Natives from being used to determine eligibility for certain programs, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Transportation to establish a grant program to support the use of hydrogen- or ammonia-fueled equipment at ports and to require the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating to conduct a study, together with the Secretary of Energy and the Secretary of Transportation, regarding the feasibility and safety of using hydrogen and ammonia as fuels in maritime applications.

To amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to require a group health plan or health insurance coverage offered in connection with such a plan to provide an exceptions process for any medication step therapy protocol, and for other purposes.

To provide for the distribution of certain outer Continental Shelf revenues to the State of Alaska, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make employers of spouses of military personnel eligible for the work opportunity credit.

To amend title II of the Social Security Act to repeal the Government pension offset and windfall elimination provisions.

To amend the Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974 to authorize appropriations for the United States Fire Administration and firefighter assistance grant programs.

To establish the Space National Guard.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to exclude a basic allowance for housing from income for purposes of eligibility for the supplemental nutrition assistance program.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to modify the loan repayment program for the substance use disorder treatment workforce to relieve workforce shortages.

Condemning the use by the People’s Republic of China of a high-altitude surveillance balloon over the territory of the United States as a brazen violation of United States sovereignty.

To establish a program to reduce the reliance of allied and partner nations on natural gas, petroleum, nuclear fuel, and minerals produced in Russia, and for other purposes.

Honoring the life of David Ferdinand Durenberger, former Senator for the State of Minnesota.

To amend the Native American Tourism and Improving Visitor Experience Act to authorize grants to Indian tribes, tribal organizations, and Native Hawaiian organizations, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to exclude certain broadband grants from gross income.

To guarantee that Americans have the freedom to make certain reproductive decisions without undue government interference.

To repeal the authorizations for use of military force against Iraq.

To reauthorize the rural emergency medical service training and equipment assistance program, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to support rural residency training funding that is equitable for all States, and for other purposes.

To codify certain public land orders relating to the revocation of certain withdrawals of public land in the State of Alaska.
