To prohibit the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency from finalizing, implementing, or enforcing a proposed rule with respect to emissions from vehicles, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of the Interior to conduct an assessment to identify locations in National Parks in which there is the greatest need for broadband internet access service and areas in National Parks in which there is the greatest need for cellular service, and for other purposes.

To provide multiyear procurement authority for LGM–35A Sentinel intercontinental ballistic missiles, and for other purposes.

To prohibit airport improvement grants funds from being used for contracts with entities that have violated intellectual property rights of United States entities.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to terminate the Hazardous Substance Superfund financing rate.

To require the Director of the Bureau of Land Management to withdraw a rule of the Bureau of Land Management relating to conservation and landscape health.

To prohibit agencies of the government from soliciting or entering into agreements with nongovernmental organizations to conduct voter registration or voter mobilization activities on the property or website of the agency or from using Federal funds to carry out activities directed under Executive Order 14019, and for other purposes.
