To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to prohibit institutions of higher education that authorize antisemitic events on campus from participating in the student loan and grant programs under title IV of such Act.

To expand the use of E-Verify to hold employers accountable, and for other purposes.

To provide that the Federal Communications Commission may not prevent a State or Federal correctional facility from utilizing jamming equipment, and for other purposes.

To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to provide compensatory time for employees in the private sector.

To require the Secretary of Homeland Security to enhance capabilities for outbound inspections at the southern land border, and for other purposes.

To require a pilot program on the use of big data analytics to identify vessels evading sanctions and export controls and to require a report on the availability in the United States of emerging and foundational technologies subject to export controls.

To apply the Medicaid asset verification program to all applicants for, and recipients of, medical assistance in all States and territories, and for other purposes.

To preserve open competition and Federal Government neutrality towards the labor relations of Federal Government contractors on Federal and federally funded construction projects, and for other purposes.

To establish the Historic Greenwood District—Black Wall Street National Monument in the State of Oklahoma, and for other purposes.

To direct the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to clarify that implanted active middle ear hearing devices are prosthetics and are not subject to the hearing aid coverage exclusion under the Medicare program.

To prohibit the use of funds for universities that provide support to the People’s Liberation Army, and for other purposes.

To increase oversight of foreign direct investment in agricultural land in the United States, and for other purposes.

To repeal a rule of the Environmental Protection Agency with respect to multi-pollutant emissions standards, to amend the Clean Air Act to ensure that tailpipe regulations do not limit the availability of new motor vehicles, and for other purposes.

To establish the position of Country China Officer in the Department of State to monitor and counter financing projects around the world that are backed by the People's Republic of China.

To prohibit the Federal Government from conducting, funding, approving, or otherwise supporting any research involving human fetal tissue that is obtained pursuant to an induced abortion, and to prohibit the solicitation or knowing acquisition, receipt, or acceptance of a donation of such tissue.

To amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to define State of residence and resident, and for other purposes.

To prohibit National Laboratories from admitting certain foreign nationals, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to preclude a provider of electronic communication service or remote computing service from receiving reimbursement or other compensation for information relating to child exploitation, and for other purposes.
