To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to eliminate interest on student loans, establish the Education Affordability Trust Fund, increase annual and aggregate loan limits, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow workers an above-the-line deduction for union dues and expenses and to allow a miscellaneous itemized deduction for workers for all unreimbursed expenses incurred in the trade or business of being an employee.

To protect our democracy by preventing abuses of Presidential power, restoring checks and balances and accountability and transparency in government, and defending elections against foreign interference, and for other purposes.

To provide for the long-term improvement of public school facilities, and for other purposes.

Expressing opposition to the use of State power against people in the United States seeking essential health care, including criminalization of the full range of sexual and reproductive health care such as abortion, gender-affirming care, and contraceptive care, and disapproving of State punishment of people for their pregnancy outcomes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for an exclusion for assistance provided to participants in certain veterinary student loan repayment or forgiveness programs.

To reauthorize Trade Adjustment Assistance programs, extend and reform the Generalized System of Preferences, amend the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to modify certain rates of duty temporarily, and for other purposes.

To prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex, gender identity, and sexual orientation, and for other purposes.

To amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide an equitable Social Security formula for individuals with noncovered employment and to provide relief for individuals currently affected by the Windfall Elimination Provision.

To authorize the Secretary of Education to carry out a program to increase access to prekindergarten through grade 12 computer science education.

To approve and implement the Agreement between the American Institute in Taiwan and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in the United States regarding Trade between the United States of America and Taiwan, and for other purposes.

To establish in the Department of State the Office to Monitor and Combat Islamophobia, and for other purposes.

To amend chapter 31 of title 31, United States Code, to provide procedures for congressional disapproval of the issuance of additional debt.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish a refundable child tax credit with monthly advance payment.

To amend title VII of the Social Security Act to provide for a single point of contact at the Social Security Administration for individuals who are victims of identity theft.

Expressing support for the designation of June 2, 2023, as National Gun Violence Awareness Day and June 2023 as National Gun Violence Awareness Month.

To allow Americans to earn paid sick time so that they can address their own health needs and the health needs of their families.
