To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for permanent payments for telehealth services furnished by Federally qualified health centers and rural health clinics under the Medicare program.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to end the tax subsidy for employer efforts to influence their workers’ exercise of their rights around labor organizations and engaging in collective action.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to require PDP sponsors of a prescription drug plan under part D of the Medicare program that use a formulary to include certain generic drugs and biosimilar biological products on such formulary, and for other purposes.

To amend title V of the Public Health Service Act.

To increase child care options for working families and support child care providers.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to end the tax subsidy for employer efforts to influence their workers’ exercise of their rights around labor organizations and engaging in collective action.

To amend the Communications Act of 1934 to improve the accessibility of 9–8–8, and for other purposes.
