Freedom to Move Act

First-Time Homebuyer Tax Credit Act of 2025

To establish a system to track, record, and report all instances in which a United States citizen or individual lawfully admitted for permanent resident was, for the purpose of immigration enforcement, detained or removed by the Department of Homeland Security, and for other purposes.

To name the Department of Veterans Affairs community-based outpatient clinic in Bloomington, Illinois, as the "Andrew Jackson Smith Medal of Honor Department of Veterans Affairs Clinic".

Renewing Immigration Provisions of the Immigration Act of 1929

To establish a comprehensive strategy to support African and Caribbean diaspora engagement in development through reduced remittance costs, investment incentives, and institutional partnerships.

To amend the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 and title 5, United States Code, to clarify that organ donation surgery qualifies as a serious health condition.

Living Donor Protection Act of 2025

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States providing that there is no immunity from criminal prosecution for an act on the grounds that such act was within the constitutional authority or official duties of an individual, and providing that the President may not grant a pardon to himself or herself.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to rename master promissory notes for loans made under part D of title IV of such Act to student loan contracts.

To amend titles 5, 31, and 44, United States Code, to improve the equitable provision of services to underserved communities and individuals, to establish an Agency Equity Advisory Team, and for other purposes.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives on Nelson Mandela International Day.

Healing Partnerships for Survivors Act

Price Gouging Prevention Act of 2025

To increase market access for Black farmers and socially disadvantaged farmers and ranchers, to ensure civil rights accountability, and for other purposes.

Saving Lives and Taxpayer Dollars Act

Child Care for Working Families Act

To prohibit the use of physical force by executive branch personnel against Members of Congress conducting oversight in their official capacity, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of July 10th as Journeyman Lineworkers Recognition Day.

Affirming that diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility are fundamental values of the United States and emphasizing the ongoing need to address discrimination and inequality in the workplace, elementary, secondary, and higher education systems, government programs, the military, and our society.
