To direct the Secretary of Agriculture to review the Cattle Fever Tick Eradication Program, and for other purposes.

To replace the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases with 3 separate national research institutes.

Expressing support for the designation of March 21, 2023, as National Agriculture Day and celebrating the importance of agriculture as one of the most impactful industries in the United States.

Recognizing the importance of stepped-up basis under section 1014 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 in preserving family-owned farms and small businesses.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to restore and standardize work requirements for able-bodied adults enrolled in the supplemental nutrition assistance program.

To prohibit contributions to the United Nations Human Rights Council, and for other purposes.

To revise the authority provided to the President to impose export licensing requirements or other restrictions on the export of crude oil from the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend the Clean Air Act to prevent the elimination of the sale of internal combustion engines.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to clarify that expedited removal of inadmissible arriving aliens applies regardless of where the alien is encountered or apprehended, and for other purposes.

To require any convention, agreement, or other international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response reached by the World Health Assembly to be subject to Senate ratification.

To require the Secretary of the Treasury to mint coins to honor and memorialize the tragedy of the Sultana steamboat explosion of 1865.

To ensure the rights of parents are honored and protected in the Nation’s public schools.

To reimburse the State of Texas for the costs of Operation Lone Star, and for other purposes.

To authorize the use of FBI criminal history record information for administration of interstate compacts, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make employers of spouses of military personnel eligible for the work opportunity credit.

To preserve open competition and Federal Government neutrality towards the labor relations of Federal Government contractors on Federal and federally funded construction projects, and for other purposes.

To provide incentives for States to recover fraudulently paid Federal and State unemployment compensation, and for other purposes.

To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to allow schools that participate in the school lunch program under such Act to serve whole milk.

To repeal the natural gas tax.

Expressing support for the designation of February 18 through February 25, 2023, as National FFA Week, recognizing the important role of the National FFA Organization in developing the next generation of globally conscious leaders who will change the world, and celebrating the 90th anniversary of the iconic FFA jacket.
