Rural Veterans Transportation to Care Act

To support efforts of the governments of Western Hemisphere countries to increase the diversity of their upstream supply chains and downstream supply chains.

To authorize the President to enter into negotiations for the reacquisition of the Panama Canal from the Republic of Panama.

To expedite under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and improve forest management activities on National Forest System lands, on public lands under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land Management, and on Tribal lands to return resilience to overgrown, fire-prone forested lands, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Secretary of Transportation from entering into, extending, or renewing a contract with or awarding a grant to an entity that uses or procures light detection and ranging technology from certain foreign entities, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Education to deem each month for which certain Federal student loans are in deferment during a period of active duty service as months counted toward public service loan forgiveness, and for other purposes.

To amend the Defense Production Act of 1950 with respect to foreign investments in United States agriculture, and for other purposes.

To provide for the expeditious delivery of defense articles and defense services for Israel and other matters.

To support efforts of the governments of Western Hemisphere countries to increase the diversity of their upstream supply chains and downstream supply chains.

To protect the national security of the United States from the threat posed by foreign adversary controlled applications, such as TikTok and any successor application or service and any other application or service developed or provided by ByteDance Ltd. or an entity under the control of ByteDance Ltd.

To lower the cost of postsecondary education for students and families.

To prohibit data brokers from selling, reselling, trading, licensing, or otherwise providing for consideration lists of military servicemembers to a covered nation.
