To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to restore the deduction for research and experimental expenditures.

To require the Comptroller General of the United States to submit a report on the public health mitigation messaging and guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

To amend title 49, United States Code, to include a public airport in use by an air reserve station as a primary airport.

To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to carry out a national project to prevent, diagnose, treat, and cure Parkinson’s, to be known as the National Parkinson’s Project, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to ensure prompt coverage of breakthrough devices under the Medicare program, and for other purposes.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to cover physician services delivered by podiatric physicians to ensure access by Medicaid beneficiaries to appropriate quality foot and ankle care, to amend title XVIII of such Act to modify the requirements for diabetic shoes to be included under Medicare, and for other purposes.

To enhance safety requirements for trains transporting hazardous materials, and for other purposes.

To direct the Federal Communications Commission to establish a task force to be known as the 6G Task Force, and for other purposes.

To amend titles XVIII and XIX of the Social Security Act to provide for coverage of prescription digital therapeutics under such titles, and for other purposes.

To amend the Clean Air Act to prevent the elimination of the sale of internal combustion engines.

To improve Federal student loan disclosures, and for other purposes.

To direct the Federal Communications Commission to issue rules for the provision of emergency connectivity service, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to discontinue the collection by the Federal Government of firearm transaction records of discontinued firearms businesses, to require the destruction of such already collected records, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make employers of spouses of military personnel eligible for the work opportunity credit.

To exclude certain amounts relating to compensating victims of the East Palestine train derailment, and for other purposes.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to expand eligibility to certain military retirees for concurrent receipt of veterans’ disability compensation and retired pay or combat-related special compensation, and for other purposes.

To repeal the natural gas tax.
