To amend title 49, United States Code, to establish an Aviation Security Checkpoint Technology Fund in the Department of Homeland Security to fund investments in aviation security checkpoint technology, and for other purposes.

To make certain adjustments pertaining to the Alternatives to Detention program, and for other purposes.

To promote the leadership of the United States in global innovation by establishing a robust patent system that restores and protects the right of inventors to own and enforce private property rights in inventions and discoveries, and for other purposes.

To prohibit transportation of any alien using certain methods of identification, and for other purposes.

To amend chapter 35 of title 44, United States Code, to establish Federal AI system governance requirements, and for other purposes.

To amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to prohibit exchanges from effecting transactions in securities issued by natural asset companies, and for other purposes.

To counter the malign influence and theft perpetuated by the People’s Republic of China and the Chinese Communist Party.

To amend chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, to provide for Congressional oversight of agency rulemaking, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes.

To prohibit the use of funds to implement, administer, or enforce measures requiring certain employees to refer to an individual by the preferred pronouns of such individual or a name other than the legal name of such individual, and for other purposes.

To prohibit Federal funds from being made available for the Justice40 Initiative or for the American Climate Corps.

To improve the biodetection functions of the Department of Homeland Security, and for other purposes.

To evaluate U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s implementation of an integrated biometric entry and exit data system in the United States, and for other purposes.

To impose additional sanctions with respect to Iran and modify other existing sanctions with respect to Iran, and for other purposes.

To require the Transportation Security Administration to streamline the enrollment processes for individuals applying for a Transportation Security Administration security threat assessment for certain programs, including the Transportation Worker Identification Credential and Hazardous Materials Endorsement Threat Assessment programs of the Administration, and for other purposes.

To provide for the establishment of a task force to identify trade barriers to United States agricultural exports and carry out other related duties.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds to establish a Homeland Intelligence Experts Group, and for other purposes.

To require the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to approve or deny spend plans within a certain amount of time, and for other purposes.

To terminate the Disinformation Governance Board of the Department of Homeland Security and to prohibit the use of Federal funds to establish any other similar Board, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to enhance border security by seeking to expand partnerships with appropriate law enforcement entities in Mexico and Central American and South American countries to combat human smuggling and trafficking operations in Mexico and such countries, and for other purposes.
