Designating April 2023 as Financial Literacy Month.

Supporting the designation of the week of April 24 through April 28, 2023, as National Specialized Instructional Support Personnel Appreciation Week.

To require the Office of Management and Budget to revise the Standard Occupational Classification system to establish a separate code for direct support professionals, and for other purposes.

To award grants for the creation, recruitment, training and education, retention, and advancement of the direct care workforce and to award grants to support family caregivers.

To amend parts B and E of title IV of the Social Security Act to improve foster and adoptive parent recruitment and retention, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to periodically review the automatic maximum coverage under the Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance program and the Veterans' Group Life Insurance program, and for other purposes.

To impose sanctions with respect to trafficking of illicit fentanyl and its precursors by transnational criminal organizations, including cartels, and for other purposes.

To require the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to submit to Congress an annual report on projects that are over budget and behind schedule, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to strengthen the drug pricing reforms in the Inflation Reduction Act.

To amend title 31, United States Code, to save Federal funds by authorizing changes to the composition of circulating coins, and for other purposes.

To establish an awareness campaign related to the lethality of fentanyl and fentanyl-contaminated drugs, to establish a Federal Interagency Work Group on Fentanyl Contamination of Illegal Drugs, and to provide community-based coalition enhancement grants to mitigate the effects of drug misuse.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to strengthen the drug pricing reforms in the Inflation Reduction Act.

To amend the Plant Protection Act for purposes of mitigating the threat of invasive species, and for other purposes.

To amend the Peace Corps Act by reauthorizing the Peace Corps, providing better support for current, returning, and former volunteers, and for other purposes.

To establish a National Commission on Online Child Sexual Exploitation Prevention, and for other purposes.

To prohibit discrimination on the basis of mental or physical disability in cases of organ transplants.

Designating the week of April 22 through April 30, 2023, as National Park Week.

To direct the Secretary of Labor to issue an occupational safety and health standard that requires covered employers within the health care and social service industries to develop and implement a comprehensive workplace violence prevention plan, and for other purposes.

To establish a rural postsecondary and economic development grant program.

To require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to require the employees of the Department of Veterans Affairs to receive training developed by the Inspector General of the Department on reporting wrongdoing to, responding to requests from, and cooperating with the Office of Inspector General of the Department, and for other purposes.
