To direct the Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, and the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide assistance for individuals affected by exposure to Agent Orange, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to modify authorities relating to the collective bargaining of employees in the Veterans Health Administration.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to increase the maximum amount of contraceptive supplies provided to a beneficiary through the TRICARE Program.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to ensure that beneficiaries and health care providers receive certain information regarding reproductive health care under the TRICARE program.

Recognizing the importance of evidence-based parenting and caregiving education in elementary and secondary schools.

To amend the Truth in Lending Act to address certain issues relating to the extension of consumer credit, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the significance of equal pay and the pay disparity between disabled women and both disabled and nondisabled men.

To establish an independent entity within the Department of Housing and Urban Development to acquire and maintain distressed real estate to stabilize communities and increase the supply of affordable housing, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the importance of engagement with the Latino community to get into outdoor recreation and participate in activities to protect United States natural resources, and expressing support for the designation of the third week of September as Latino Conservation Week.

Expressing support for and honoring September 17, 2024, as Constitution Day.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that every person has the basic right to emergency health care, including abortion care.

Designating the week beginning on September 9, 2024, as National Hispanic-Serving Institutions Week.

Expressing support for the designation of September 10, 2024, as National Firearm Suicide Prevention Day to educate about the growing firearm suicide crisis in the United States and promote the importance of storing firearms safely and securely as an essential component of suicide prevention.

Standing in solidarity with the Venezuelan people and condemning Nicolás Maduro’s attempt to steal the Venezuelan Presidential election.

To transfer and limit Executive Branch authority to suspend or restrict the entry of a class of aliens.

To create an Active Shooter Alert Communications Network, and for other purposes.

To establish in the Department of Labor an Older Workers’ Bureau, to establish a data hub and a technical assistance center at the Department of Labor related to employment of older workers and the effect of older employment on retirement security, to establish grant programs related to the employment of older workers, and for other purposes.

To prevent discrimination, including harassment, in employment.

To improve the health of minority individuals, and for other purposes.
