To clarify that eligibility of certain mortgages with Federal credit enhancement may not be conditioned on the status of a mortgagor as a DACA recipient if all other eligibility criteria are satisfied, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the application of certain restrictive eligibility requirements to foreign nongovernmental organizations with respect to the provision of assistance under part I of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961.

To establish in the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor of the Department of State a Special Envoy for the Human Rights of LGBTQI+ Peoples, and for other purposes.

To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to provide more effective remedies to victims of discrimination in the payment of wages on the basis of sex, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Labor to ensure that the database relating to investigations under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 is language accessible, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to expand and improve the earned income tax credit.

To amend title 49, United States Code, to limit railroad carriers from blocking railway-highway crossings, and for other purposes.

To impose sanctions with respect to the transfer of arms and related materiel by the People’s Republic of China to the Russian Federation or the evasion or circumvention of United States sanctions or multilateral sanctions by the People’s Republic of China with respect to the Russian Federation, and for other purposes.

To amend the National Labor Relations Act, the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947, and the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959, and for other purposes.

To posthumously award a historic Congressional Gold Medal, collectively, to Africans and their descendants enslaved within our country from August 20, 1619, to December 6, 1865.

To amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to provide for additional disclosure requirements for corporations, labor organizations, Super PACs and other entities, and for other purposes.

To posthumously award a Congressional Gold Medal to Shirley Chisholm.
