To amend title 49, United States Code, to restrict an air carrier from operating certain aircraft in all-cargo air transportation without meeting certain requirements for intrusion resistance, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish a refundable child tax credit with monthly advance payment.

To ensure that large online platforms are addressing the needs of non-English users.

Expressing support for the designation of June 2, 2023, as National Gun Violence Awareness Day and June 2023 as National Gun Violence Awareness Month.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the Congress should enact the Older Americans Bill of Rights to establish that older Americans should have the right to live with dignity and with independence.

Expressing support for Black service members this Memorial Day who gave their lives to protect and defend the United States at home and abroad despite facing racism in the Armed Forces and systemic inequities on United States soil.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for a demonstration program to facilitate the clinical adoption of pregnancy intention screening initiatives by health care and social service providers.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to authorize certain grants (for youth suicide early intervention and prevention strategies) to be used for school personnel in elementary and secondary schools and students in secondary schools to receive student suicide awareness and prevention training, and for other purposes.

To prohibit public companies from repurchasing their shares on the open market, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to revise and extend projects relating to children and to provide access to school-based comprehensive mental health programs.
