To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to rebase the calculation of payments for sole community hospitals and Medicare-dependent hospitals, and for other purposes.

Supporting the observation of National Trafficking and Modern Slavery Prevention Month during the period beginning on January 1, 2025, and ending on February 1, 2025, to raise awareness of, and opposition to, human trafficking and modern slavery.

To amend the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to authorize the use of grant amounts for providing training and resources for first responders on the use of containment devices to prevent secondary exposure to fentanyl and other potentially lethal substances, and purchasing such containment devices for use by first responders.

To amend parts B and E of title IV of the Social Security Act to improve foster and adoptive parent recruitment and retention, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to reform certain forfeiture procedures, and for other purposes.

To limit the use of funds for entities that care for unaccompanied alien children and have been identified as engaging in misconduct toward children.

To amend the Controlled Substances Act to clarify how controlled substance analogues that are imported or offered for import are to be regulated, and for other purposes.

To amend title 5, United States Code, concerning restrictions on the participation of certain Federal employees in partisan political activity, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of the Navy, the Secretary of the Air Force, and the Secretary of the Army to carry out a pilot program on producing parts through reverse engineering, and for other purposes.

To establish the Precursor Chemical Destruction Initiative to promote bilateral counterdrug interdiction efforts with the governments of specified countries, and for other purposes.

To improve the prohibitions on money laundering, and for other purposes.

To require the Attorney General to develop reports relating to violent attacks against law enforcement officers, and for other purposes.

To amend the Commodity Exchange Act to adjust the period during which amounts transferred by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to the account for customer education initiatives and non-awards expenses shall remain available, and for other purposes.

To amend title 31, United States Code, to modify False Claims Act procedures, and for other purposes.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to streamline enrollment under the Medicaid program of certain providers across State lines, and for other purposes.

To amend section 721 of the Defense Production Act of 1950 to include the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of Health and Human Services as members of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States and to require the Committee to consider the security of the food and agriculture systems of the United States as a factor to be considered when determining to take action with respect to foreign investment, and for other purposes.

To establish and maintain a database within each agency for executive branch ethics records of noncareer appointees.

To amend the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as amended to clarify the obligation of individuals who formerly served as agents of foreign principals to register retroactively as foreign agents under the Act with respect to activities carried out previously on behalf of such foreign principals, and for other purposes.

To require certain public housing agencies to absorb port-in housing choice vouchers, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for coverage under the Medicare program of pharmacist services.
