No IRIS Act of 2025

To prohibit the purchase or lease of agricultural land in the United States by persons associated with certain foreign governments, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to establish a community engagement requirement for certain individuals under the Medicaid program.

Expressing support for the designation of February 15 through February 22, 2025, as National FFA Week, recognizing the important role of the National FFA Organization in developing the next generation of leaders who will change the world, and celebrating the 90th anniversary of New Farmers of America and the 75th anniversary of the Federal charter to Future Farmers of America.

To impose criminal and immigration penalties for intentionally fleeing a pursuing Federal officer while operating a motor vehicle.

National Right-to-Work Act

United States-Israel Defense Partnership Act of 2025

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act with respect to molecularly targeted pediatric cancer investigations, and for other purposes.

To extend the customs waters of the United States from 12 nautical miles to 24 nautical miles from the baselines of the United States, consistent with Presidential Proclamation 7219.

To require that a State be ineligible to receive funds under certain Federal programs unless the State has in effect a State law restricting the purchase of agricultural land by certain foreign persons, and for other purposes.

To establish vetting standards for the placement of unaccompanied alien children with sponsors, and for other purposes.

Freedom to Invest in Tomorrow’s Workforce Act

To amend titles III and IX of the Social Security Act to require individuals receiving unemployment compensation to fulfill certain requirements in relation to suitable work, and for other purposes.

To restore the exemption of family farms and small businesses from the definition of assets under title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965.

To amend the CARES Act to remove a requirement on lessors to provide notice to vacate, and for other purposes.

Fair Access to Banking Act

To require the Secretary of Transportation to issue a rule requiring access to AM broadcast stations in motor vehicles, and for other purposes.

To ban the imposition of any State or local liability insurance, tax, or user fee requirement for firearm or ammunition ownership or commerce.

To amend the Energy Policy and Conservation Act to prohibit the export or sale of petroleum products from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to certain entities, and for other purposes.
