Condemning the use of sexual violence and rape as a weapon of war by the terrorist group Hamas against the people of Israel.

To designate Ansarallah as a foreign terrorist organization and impose certain sanctions on Ansarallah, and for other purposes.

To prohibit allocations of Special Drawing Rights at the International Monetary Fund for perpetrators of genocide and state sponsors of terrorism without congressional authorization.

To require the Secretary of Transportation to annually report on aviation consumer complaints related to passengers with a disability.

To require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to furnish tailored information to expecting mothers, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit taking minors across State lines in circumvention of laws requiring the involvement of parents in abortion decisions.
