Making supplemental appropriations for small business disaster relief for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025.

To appropriate amounts to the Disaster Loans Program Account, and for other purposes.

To provide relief for employees of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation who were subjected to discrimination, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the credit for new clean vehicles, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Administrator of the Small Business Administration from directly making loans under the 7(a) loan program, and for other purposes.

To amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to revise the shareholder threshold for registration under that Act for issuers that receive support through certain Federal universal service support mechanisms, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the suspension of collections on loans made to small businesses related to COVID–19, and for other purposes.

To provide for the establishment of a process for the review of rules and sets of rules, and for other purposes.

To amend the Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act of 1978 to strengthen oversight over foreign investment in the United States agricultural industry, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Internal Revenue Service from providing firearms and ammunition to its employees, and for other purposes.

To require the United States Governor of, and the United States Executive Director at, the International Monetary Fund to oppose an increase in the weight of the Chinese renminbi in the Special Drawing Rights basket of the Fund, and for other purposes.

To require agencies to notify the Director of the Office of Management and Budget when the agency suspends or terminates a Federal award, and for other purposes.
